One For The Road

My girlfriend’s car back in the days was the same as the blue one pictured below.
When I oversaw a pillar in our parking garage, I had to come up with a good way to either fix or improve my girlfriend’s beloved 77 Toyota Corolla SR5 liftback.

When life hands you lemons, you might either make lemonade or grab tequila and salt…
Luckily my girlfriend was kind enough to let me grab the tequila and salt.

So I took out my airbrush and painted on the feet of the poor bird sticking out of the left front fender. It now looked more like the bird was the causer of that ugly dent 🙂

While I was at it, the right door hinge also received a hand treatment.

When the car was sent to the Toyota Nirvana, I cut out those two bits.
