Stones #0 – Acrylics on the Rocks

ants and spider

The Stones #1 to #5  posts cover the story of animals and objects I painted on rocks from a sea beach and river borders on the island of Corsica.

Corsica (/ˈkɔrsɪkə/; French: Corse [kɔʁs]; Corsican and Italian: Corsica) is an island in the Mediterranean Sea belonging to France. It is located west of Italy, southeast of the French mainland, and north of the Italian island of Sardinia.

Above you have two impressions of the rocks’ river origins, and below are two shots of the beach they come from. Notice the clearness of the water – it’s really amazing!
