Snake – The Very Early Days

The Snake label has been around for a while, and with it The Snake himself too.

Here are some images from the digital beginnings of Snake. The first one was done on a MacII, with a mouse only… Yeah, what a job that was back then. The second sample was then done on my beloved Mac II ci with 4MB RAM. Cool, ey? At least I had a Wacom tablet then, which made airbrushing and sketching in Photoshop 2.5 usable at last.

The drawback of digital media is the lifespan of the storage media, and due to the crappy quality of some of the backup media I used back then a lot of stuff has landed in the digital Nirvana.

Rest in peace, beloved images.
